I put a random criminal situation on a plate and shoved it in front of them.
I guess you could call my arrest, a test (life does not give warning of a test).
A test of many people, the criminal justice system, the law enforcement system, public trust, I guess, to see what type of moral fiber, back bone, composition, composure, internal make up, tone, what is the true nature of certain people, charterer and honesty.
and wa-la
The conclusion; we or I found 100% of these organizations and people; do not practice what they preach, would not lift a finger - if someone's life depended on it, these people lie like a rug, 2 timing, double crossing, rotten to the core. Not trust worthy, not honest, hold no respect for the law, code of ethics, personal conduct, code of honor, negligent - beyond the wildness imagination.
Highly educated failures.
These people are leaders of this country, no wounder why things are the way they are.
now
Maybe email number 3501 would have come across a person that would say, this is not right, I am going to report this, do something, make some phone calls. We cannot have this type of activity ruining our courts, the trust in the courts.
I say to man kind, hello any one there? any one home? Wake up and smell the coffee.
I say to this law school, wake up and start doing your job. I don't think whipping out a law student (such as Chandra), with out any quality moral, ethic substance does any one any good.
I think, the current status quo, buddy system will prevail, unless, maybe,
some old fart, dying, wants to buy his way into the grace of the heavens and makes a donation of maybe $100 million bucks (that might do it). He might say, by golly Mike is right, this law school aint getting this money unless they give me a plan of reform, a platform and show some leader ship and start practicing what they teach.
and
maybe he will say, all those who did nothing when informed about crimes in the courts by the courts, employment shall be terminated and pentions suspended.
or
I will give money to another law school that can do it.
This old fart and his contribution (what ever you call it) is the only thing, I think, that would get this law school to change this "do as I say, not as I do".
I doubt any one will step up to the plate about what is right or wrong (I have already established the soft, cowardly, spineless, under belly of this organization), so there should be no doubt in any ones mind.
This seems to me, this is one big social club that likes patting each other on the back, giving speeches, praising one and another, basking in their own self glory.
Maybe money and greed, in this instance could do some good.
To bad we have to wait for that event to occur, and if it don't?
Who knows?
Some how, lies and dishonesty seem to have taken control and want to stay.
I thought emailing as many as I did, to such highly praised organizations and people would have resulted, in some type of self cleansing action, some type of a forward looking prevention program and every thing would be OK. I was wrong.
Once upon a time, perhaps; a cop, lawyer or judge were apart of a high standard, protecting our society (sounds good, but I have no idea if this was a fact, it could be maybe, there never was a high standard, maybe today is the same as 50 years ago). This is gone and been gone for a long time. These educators and legislators are clueless or think we are so stupid as not to know what is going on. Like some one standing on the tracks, watching a train coming and doesn't get out of the way soon enough.
I would suggest the educators and legislators reverse the current course and get on the ball.
These high standards must be put back, then, maybe the respect that left a long time ago return.
As simple as that?
